Apostle J’honna Clark-Twiggs, affectionately known as Apostle Twiggs, is a Miami, Florida
native who relocated to Metro Detroit in 1989. With a musical foundation developed at the age
of eight under her grandmother as a choir directress. This early foundation cultivated her
sensitivity not only to melody, but to the spiritual frequency of worship, praise, and prophetic
warfare, shaping the sound and depth of her ministry. Apostle Twiggs is a forerunner in the
Ministry of prayer and prophecy, equipping and daughters to become witnesses to this generation
and those to come. With a bold and uncompromising voice, she moves beyond the complexities
of religion, flowing in the anointing of Jesus Christ to release messages of forgiveness, love, and
deliverance. For over 16 years, she has faithfully served individuals and families, with a special
emphasis on ministering to and restoring women.

Her passion for women and families is deeply rooted in her personal testimony. As the eldest of
six children, she overcame the challenges of an unstable childhood that impacted her mind, body,
and spirit. These life experiences led her to an unshakable place at the feet of Jesus, where she
was called and commissioned to function as His eyes and mouth in the earth. From that place of
surrender, her love for souls was ignited, and she has since become a highly sought-after
prophetic voice and intercessor.

Recognized as a spiritual mother to many, Apostle Twiggs carries a unique grace as both a
nurturer and a warrior for the Kingdom of God. Revered as a Seer, she is known for her keen
spiritual insight and unwavering commitment to remain attentive to the voice of God. Her life’s
purpose is to be set apart as a vessel, chosen to speak what God speaks, as God leads, and for His
glory. Apostle Twiggs is the founder of JTwiggsMinistries, formerly known as (His Presence
Global Ministries) a ministry that transcends generations with a mission to redeem the lost
through the restoring power of God’s love.

Apostle Twiggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and has over 35
years of experience in corporate America within the automotive industry. She also earned a
Master of Arts in Christian Ministries and is currently completing her Doctorate in Spiritual
Formation at Ashland Theological Seminary. In addition, she is preparing to release her first
book, which will chronicle her life’s journey and her call to the chosen. She is blessed with a
strong priestly covering in her husband, Pastor Lamont J. Twiggs, along with their two children,
Maquela known as Precious, Bryan Joshua, and four grandchildren. Grounded in humility and
obedience, Apostle Twiggs lives by her daily declaration:
“Nevertheless, not my will, but Thy will be done.”
