Apostle J’honna Clark-Twiggs, affectionately known as Apostle Twiggs, is a native of Miami,
Florida, who relocated to Metro Detroit in 1989. Her foundation in music began at the age of
eight under the guidance of her grandmother, a choir director whose influence cultivated not only
her appreciation for melody, but also her sensitivity to the spiritual sound of worship, praise, and
prophetic warfare. This early impartation helped shape the depth, discernment, and sound of her
ministry today.

Apostle Twiggs is a forerunner in prayer and prophecy, called to equip daughters to become
witnesses to this generation while preparing hearts for the Kingdom of God. With a bold and
uncompromising voice, she ministers beyond the boundaries and complexities of religion,
flowing under the anointing of Jesus Christ to bring messages of forgiveness, love, healing, and
deliverance. For more than 16 years, she has faithfully served individuals and families, with a
special emphasis on guiding women into restoration, healing, and wholeness.

Her passion for women and families is deeply connected to her own life testimony. As the eldest
of six children, Apostle Twiggs overcame the challenges of an unstable childhood that impacted
her mind, body, and spirit. These experiences brought her to an unshakable place at the feet of
Jesus Christ, where she was called and commissioned to function as his eyes and mouthpiece in
the earth. From that place of surrender, her burden for souls was ignited, and she has since
become a highly sought-after prophetic voice and intercessor.

Widely recognized by many as a spiritual mother to the nation, Apostle Twiggs carries a
distinctive grace as both a nurturer and a warrior for the Kingdom of God. Revered as a Seer, she
is known for her keen spiritual insight, unwavering obedience, and commitment to remain
attentive to the voice of God. Her life’s mission is to live consecrated as a vessel set apart to
speak what God speaks, move as God leads, and bring glory to his name. Apostle Twiggs is the
founder of JTwiggsMinistries, a ministry that transcends generations with a mission to redeem
the lost through the restoring power of God’s love.

Apostle Twiggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and brings more
than 40 years of experience in corporate America within the automotive industry. She also
earned a Master of Arts in Christian Ministries and is currently completing the final stages of her
Doctorate in Spiritual Formation at Ashland Theological Seminary. In addition, she is preparing
to release her first book, a powerful reflection on her life’s journey and her divine call to the
chosen. She is blessed with a strong priestly covering through her husband, Pastor Lamont J.
Twiggs and Assembly of One Church, and together they are the proud parents of two children,
Maquela (“Precious”) and Bryan Joshua, and the loving grandparents of four grandchildren.

Rooted in humility, obedience, and unwavering faith, Apostle Twiggs lives by her daily
declaration: “Nevertheless, not my will, but Thy will be done.”
